Fuel is readily available, and at mostly reasonable prices. You should not expect late hours or expect boat services at fuel docks. Remember 1/3 out 1/3 to get back and 1/3 for reserve just in case. We fill our tanks when we can, not when we need it.
Anacortes: (Cap Sante)
Fuel dock is in front of main office and Safeway is across the street, but you will be asked to move away from fuel dock while you run for provisions.
La Conner on Swinomish Channel:
The fuel dock is at the north end of town and they have a very small selection in the store, but if you move south after fueling about a 1/4 mile and tie up at one of the three public floats, you can walk one block to Pioneer market where they have everything you could want, including ice and wine.
Cornet Bay Marina at Deception Pass:
For groceries only tie up at the State Park floats and walk 1/4 mile to a small convenience store or take boat right to fuel dock at next facility over and save the walk.
Squalicum Harbor in Bellingham:
Fuel dock, but groceries are a healthy walk, they run a shuttle during the day time.
Blakelys at Peavine Pass on Blake Island:
Easy and convenient fuel and small grocery store with deli counter and ice cream cones.
West beach resort on north side of Orcas near Sucia:
Easy and handy if your at Sucia or taking the northern route.
Fuel dock and general grocery store with deli.

Fisherman Bay on Lopez Island:
Islander Resort and Marina, fuel and store
Watch your draft at entrance at low tide
(check the dinghy access to Lopez village post under Lopez Island group)
Friday Harbor: San Juan Island:
Fuel dock, short walk to large grocery store on main street
Roche Harbor: San Juan Island:
Fuel dock, well stocked grocery store right at top of gang plank, restaurants
Deer Harbor Orcas Island
Fuel dock, small store and deli out on dock
Rosario Resort Orcas Island:
Fuel dock, store and restaurant just a short walk, you can leave boat at float while you shop and eat.
BTW, every one of these stops have transient docks available for overnight.

Tip Several times at fuel stops I have been told by the operator that they will wait a little after closing if I call and tell them I'm on my way. Just a thought for you to remember.
